What is a life coach?
Just about everyone has a vision of his or her ideal life. However, there might be situations in your life where you cannot seem to find your way. Is there something you struggle with or an area of your life that does not seem to improve, that makes you feel stuck? Is there is a goal, a dream that you haven’t brought into fruition?
Situations that can vary from reaching the ideal body image of yourself, to family and career. A health and wellness coach is an ally that will guide you systematically into reaching those goals and bringing harmony and alignment into your life.
Then maybe what you need is a coach. Just like the people who push athletes to greatness in sports, life and wellness coaches push their clients to find success and satisfaction from their job or lifestyle.
I provide the drive and guidance my clients need to improve their health, careers, relationships, and lives. I guide clients into:

Unlike a nutritionist or physical therapist, who makes specific diet and exercise suggestions, a wellness coach will help you make better general choices that fit your lifestyle.
What does Karla do?
As a health and wellness coach, I provide support and guidance for individuals who are seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness and, thereby, enhance well-being and harmony in their lives.
In the course of my sessions, I offer unconditional positive support for my clients and a belief in their capacity for change and growth. I honor the fact that each individual is an expert on their life, while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and non-judgmental.
How does coaching work?
First, we’ll schedule a consultation session to meet over the phone or in person. The sessions will range from 45 minutes to an hour. During that time, we’ll talk about what you want to accomplish.
Through a series of questions, together we’ll define your goals and the challenges that could stand in your way. Then we’ll outline the steps you’ll need to take to achieve those goals.
